Eligibility & Age Requirements

Important: jbaje is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and play at jbaje. You must confirm your actual age when creating an account. We may request age verification documents at any time.

2.2 Other Eligibility Conditions

To use jbaje, you must meet the following conditions:

You must be 21 years of age or older.
You may hold only one account in your name.
All information you provide must be completely accurate and genuine.
You must operate the account on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
You do not reside in an area where online gaming is completely prohibited.

2.3 Age Verification

We may verify your age at any time using a national ID card, passport or other government-issued document. Deposits and withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3.1 Registration Process

3.2 Single Account Policy

Only one jbaje account is permitted per person, household, address or device. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation. All accounts involved will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Funds can be deposited at jbaje through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Your account must be fully verified before you can request a withdrawal. Withdrawals are always sent via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Deposit Integrity

Only deposit funds from your own account. Using credit cards, loans or another person's money is strictly prohibited. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for investigation.

Please note: Before withdrawing, make sure the wagering requirements on your bonus have been met. If you request a withdrawal before the requirements are fulfilled, the bonus amount may be deducted and only the original deposit returned.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on the jbaje welcome bonus receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

          Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 (1,000 × 15) in bets before withdrawing winnings from that bonus.
        

5.3 General Bonus Rules

Each user may use each bonus offer only once.
Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be cashed out directly.
Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus winnings.
If bonus abuse or any attempt to earn bonuses through fraudulent means is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
jbaje reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The jbaje VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). Higher tiers are reached through regular and active play. VIP benefits are subject to separate terms and conditions.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered valid only once the system confirms it. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue, it will be treated as void and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Right to Cancel Bets

jbaje may cancel or amend any bet in the following circumstances:

In the event of a technical error or display of incorrect odds.
If an event or game is cancelled or suspended mid-way.
If fraud or match-fixing is suspected.
If a bet was placed on the basis of an obvious error (such as incorrect odds).

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, internationally recognised sources are used to determine results. In the event of a disputed result, jbaje's decision is final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jbaje:

Operating multiple accounts or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
Deliberately creating multiple accounts with the intention of claiming bonuses ("bonus abuse").
Using any software, bots or automated methods to play.
Interfering with or attempting to hack the platform's security.
Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other users.
Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
Operating an account under a false identity or using another person's identity.
Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform's game engine.

Consequences: Involvement in prohibited activities may result in immediate account closure, cancellation of all earnings and, where applicable, legal action.

Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Closure at User Request

You may close your jbaje account at any time. Contact us at [email protected] or via live chat. Any legitimate balance remaining at the time of closure (subject to full wagering requirements being met) may be withdrawn.

8.2 Closure at jbaje's Discretion

jbaje may close an account without notice in any of the following cases:

Violation of any clause in these Terms.
Provision of false or forged documents.
Involvement in fraudulent activity.
Failure to complete age verification.
Where required to comply with legal obligations.
